REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to all products purchased through www.artikcdellamora.com. Our refund policy is part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time.
Refunds or returns are processed only when the product reaches its destination and is accepted by the buyer; no refunds are processed for products in transit or not yet delivered.
By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to the terms outlined below. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS                                                                                                    Due to the nature of some of our products, such as digital products and certain artworks,                  purchases of the following products are final and non-refundable:
  • Digital products
  • Payments for reservations of artworks
  • Personalized artworks
  • Some artworks
  • Fragile artworks
  • Gift cards
  • Artworks with special codes (discounts)
  • Artworks categorized as II. CATEGORY (second class)
  1. RETURN                                                                                                                              Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so for all other products except those in the non-refundable category, we offer a money-back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied with the product. Purchases made on our website (excluding non-refundable products) can be returned and refunded within 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, the guarantee does not apply, and we cannot offer a refund. 

In the event of a product return request within the specified period (14 days), the cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS
  • Full name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unmarked, unchanged, and undamaged).
  • All returns must be accompanied by an invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Each item you have received and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouses. Therefore, please ensure that you return the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
  • Please securely package the product.
  • The cost of returning the product will be charged to the buyer. Ivana Križan Černáková reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our refund policy. Returns that do not comply with our refund policy may be sent back to the client at their own expense. Please contact us via our contact information for return requests, and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  1. FAULTY AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We make every effort to prevent any damages or defects in your products, however, if upon receiving the product (including handcrafted artworks) you find it faulty or damaged and require a replacement of the product or a refund, please send us your request through our contact information. Only in these cases will we cover the cost of shipping. In the event of a return request, the shipping cost will also be refunded. If an artwork is damaged or lost during transportation, Ivana Križan Černáková will not refund the money but will replace the artwork with a new piece that closely resembles the original version. These new versions cannot be returned. A request for the return or refund of a damaged or faulty product must include the following:
  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Evidence of damage or defect in the product (photograph or video).
  1. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receiving and accepting your return, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing your refund. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive an email confirmation of the return. Your refund will be processed through the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.
  1. International Returns
Ivana Križan Černáková does not accept international returns unless approved by Ivana Križan Černáková.
