  1. ORDERS AND POSTAGE

Ivana Križan Černáková sets the shipping cost at €2 for all domestic orders within Austria and the EU. Domestic orders and EU orders over €150 qualify for free shipping. Please refer to your individual shipment notification for tracking information and estimated delivery dates.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are dispatched using UPS service. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please consult the automated shipment notification regarding your order for tracking information and estimated delivery dates. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated during checkout.

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Most artworks leave our workshop in Vienna within 3-5 business days after placing the order. However, we ask for your patience up to 10 business days before contacting our customer service. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  1. CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES

Please note that your country may have strict customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays. Ivana Križan Černáková is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A shipment is considered lost after 15 business days within the AT postal system and 21 business days for international orders. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, reimbursements will not be sent until this specified timeframe has passed. Although deliveries usually take much less time, please understand our limitations in issuing replacements sooner.

  1. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for all costs associated with redelivery to the corrected address. We are not liable for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

  1. INSURANCE

We offer insurance on all orders. It integrates automatically with your orders from Ivana Križan Černáková and allows tracking of shipments anytime, anywhere. At checkout, you can activate it for comprehensive protection against issues such as theft, loss, and damage during transit. Please note that by removing transit protection at checkout, Ivana Križan Černáková is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders during transit. Please ensure that all claims through the Protection are submitted as soon as possible, as Protection only accepts claims within 14 days of delivery and/or dispatch based on the specifics of your situation.
